Leadership Development

Team Enhancement Group (T.E.C. 4 Youth, A Woodland Hills Community Outreach) is a California 501 (c) 3, nonprofit organization providing programs for the betterment of our youth and community.

Student failures are becoming common place in almost all economic levels. Without programs like TEC and it's "Building Blocks for Success" the failures will turn into drop outs. In today's economically fractured households, the struggles of the student(s) become a lessor priority, forcing adolescents with underdeveloped cognitive maturities to be left to fend for themselves.

Without this vital family support, former success turns into failures.

TEC offers these failing students an opportunity to reconnect, by providing supportive services and programs.

We must learn to make positive choices so that we can take control of our lives.

TEC4Youth, A Woodland Hills Community Outreach with the help of various youth leadership organizations partnered to develop:

Motivational Presentations and Workshops School based giving each child hope for a better future.

GOAL
Give failing students the necessary skills to make better choices 

FOCUS
Self esteem, goals, and responsibilities 

OUTCOME
Improve GPA's and self esteem as they learn and pay it forward.

PROCESS
Presentation overview with goals, expectations, and responsibilities after which each student voluntarily agrees to participate in our program.

Access to this life changing information is gifted as a scholarship from the community, which could not have been made possible if it was not for all the amazing sponsors.

On a personal note: I would love to show you each child's notes about their desired goals. I know you will be inspired, as I was by their commitment to this wonderful opportunity for change. I hope you will partner with me to encourage them in this personal development. They have the ability to make a profound difference in their lives and in the world.

The events we have will allow us to make that difference in each child's life, as well as meet the needs of the parents and teachers through out support panels workshops and coaching.

Do not forget to mention our goal of feeding 1000 homeless families per month. The demands are so much and one is so little to make such a great difference. Together, we will make that noise only the hearts can hear.
